Horrible customer service - Supra Telecom

Their reps are rude (after having you on the phone for over 30 mins) & doesnt explain charges to you until you are billed & you have no choice but to pay them!! Please be aware that if a tech comes out to fix their issue, it will cost you.
Getting thru to them to speak with a 'live' person is also very difficult........ they are a bunch of crap! Trying to contact their Coporate office is also another headace, all this company gives you is the run-around.
Switch to AT&T ...... better service & no hidden fees!!! Also their plans are less $$.
