6 days, no phone service Supra Telecom

SUPRA TELECOM complaint
phone service out since Friday evening, March 7th, 2008. Unable to reach them on the weekend, only a voice mail.

called again on Monday, got representative in Costa Rica, who had a very thick accent. He did give me a "ticket number" and said I would be contacted by the technician within 24 hours.

Did not hear from them for three days. Called again on Wednesday March 12th. Was on the phone (cell) for 1 hour trying to get through to their emergency service. I was told by the representative that I would hear from their technician within 2 hours. It is now March 13th, at approximately 8:50 a.m. No call back, still no phone. 6 Days!!!!

obviously if you didn't hear from them after 24 hrs I think you should have called their repair dept and spoke with a supervisor. plus if you dont like the service they are giving you then you should consider switching companies.
